Initially the yard will be sprayed 10 days prior from install day in which a full front and back yard would be a 2 days process

We recommend Floratam St. Augustine, as it is the best grass locally to withstand weeds and remain green a majority of the year if irigated properly

Yes, we advise removing all lawn decor and/or potted plants from the yard to help the guys out.

How do I take care of my new lawn?

You should avoid heavy foot traffic for at least two weeks to allow the sod to establish roots. During this time you'll be watering daily.
